my belief in 'Trust' is at an all time low... but not lost.

A
bloke's January
2004 online
journal I'm
just going with the flow. any
red/green 'highlighted' words are links to deeper stuff.
1st

up early, to take Michael to work. Started

for the probable house sale. Charles

Partnership.
Tuesday 6th January

on the Course Guide & Prologue to 'Life Coaching'
Thursday
8th January
Got a bit maudlin and, needing to try one more time, I sent Sylvia a short
phone text.
Friday 9th January
Woke to receive a caring text back but there's no going back.
Received a nice E-mail
in the evening, from my Poetess, and I replied warmly.
Monday
12th January
Enjoyed chatting again with my Poetess and I look forward to sharing a bottle
of wine with her on Friday. Tuesday
13th January
Sarah came and cooked a lovely meal for the three of us and we talked about
the waves we were each riding. Michael
is going to move down South, in April, confident in himself to do the 'Independent
Young Man' scene, knowing that he's got the national support of his employers,
the support of Kerry's family and my belief in him.
Sarah is looking to move to Devon, in the next couple of years, when Mark,
after College, is working as a Graphic Designer, with
her fond memories of the Uncles at Cushuish, Somerset whereas my Dad came
from up the road in Uffculm, Devon, So
it looks as though I need to be selling the house, last week of April.
I sent a text to Sylvia
asking her to make contact, so that I could bring her up to date. Goodness
only knows what I want to do next.
Wednesday 14th January
Sylvia phoned and I informed her of the Family discussion.
Went to the Woody,
for a pint and a warm up, and was surprised to meet a mother loving misogynist.
Thursday
15th January
Received notification that I was now eligible for an extra 25p per week from
the System along with a Giro for 450p. After
three days of not having any hot water or heating, it was wonderful to have
Alan and Chris repair the boiler. In
the evening, I enjoyed John's invitation to attend a Burns Night celebration,
complete with Haggis and Piper. Friday
16th January
Borrowed Michael's car and enjoyed a gorgeous meal, at The Fox and Grapes,
Hawarden, with my Poetess,

before exploring the many delights of a lush Shiraz. Saturday
17th January
Left Maureen in time to surprise Michael, by picking him up from work,
and when Sarah popped down from the office, I was happy that we were happy. Monday
19th January
As my skin is at it's best for years I took up Rachel's kind offer of
another go in the sun-shower. Attempted
to finish my first 'workbook' in my Life Coaching Course, the self analysis
stuff... Sarah
and Mark popped round and Kerry rejoined us so I was able to check some
of my course work by their view of me before Mark and I sorted out a Mark
Logo. Tuesday
20th January
Posted my first 'Life Coach' submission. Wednesday
21st January
Enjoyed introducing Maureen to my world. Thursday
22nd January
It was refreshing to talk\listen to Maureen and, later, late for a Meeting,
and a meal, at Hamilton Chapter, I was pleased that she had found one of
my lost 70's poems. Saturday
24th January

Enneagram test again... Type 5, The Investigator: 24 Type

26th January
Handed in the two valuations on the house to my Solicitor and accepted
that the family Home has to be sold but also accepted that I might actually
enjoy Bachelordom again. Tuesday
27th January
After a telephone call from my Solicitor, I spoke with Sylvia, which
confirmed that there was no going back and I accepted that I must continue
'going with the flow'. I
especially enjoyed a visit to Maureen's home, and family, and reading some
of my unpublished 'old' poems.
Wednesday 28th January
Sarah came and cooked us another lovely meal before she and Mark jet
off for a week of 'sunnier' climes and, after stating that my health was so,
so, much better, she suggested that I might have been 'allergic' to her mum.
Paul
phoned from
'down South' and I was pleased that he is doing well.
I returned Sarah home
and was able to tell her that there was now no going back.
Thursday 29th January Phoned
my Bank and arranged an urgent meeting on Monday.
Maureen phoned and
confirmed that I was to read three of my Poems as a Chester
Poet, on the 11th February, as part of the Chester
Festival of Romance. Friday

I was able to test my Poems on Sally, my First true Love, and was
pleased by her response. |
