my belief in 'Trust' is at an all time low... but not lost.

A
bloke's March
2004 online
journal I'm
just going with the flow. any
red/green 'highlighted' words are links to deeper stuff.
Monday
1st March My Solicitor's assistant phoned, and as I've
no rush, I've got a new meeting on the 15th.
Honestly chatting to my Poetess on the phone, it was obvious that my present
predicament had irritated her sufficiently for her to build a list but
I look forward to us meeting again, as Chester Poets, as Friends. Charlie
dropped in and, needing a Pint, I enjoyed introducing him to a Monday
night conversation at the 'Woody'. Tuesday
2nd March A painful day, as I sorted through my
Dad's handwritten papers. Wednesday
3rd March Another painful day. Received
a nice E-mail about my web endeavours, from a guy called Leo,
and I felt rapport. Thursday
4th March Got a phone call from Steve, Michael's friend,
asking if I fancied a Pint with them, in the Woody, and I enjoyed chatting
with such a nice youthful group even though 'Rosy' used expletives, often.
Friday
5th March Colin had kindly invited me to his Broadsmith
Chapter Installation and I also enjoyed chatting with Bob and Les about today's
SRIA.
Partook
of a lovely E-chat with Sally before exploring the various meanings of the
word 'occult'. Saturday
6th March
Michael headed South in readiness for his Interview on Monday and by night,
I attacked my timeline. Sunday
7th March
While I should have concentrated on realities 'debt' stuff, I continued to
update my timeline, despite the pain, and was later saddened to discover that
someone else is claiming copyright authorship of the humble timeline
endeavours, which I'm most proud of.
While I should be annoyed, I'm must accept that I'm chuffed that they also
copied most of my more esoteric guesses and included them in their 'Teacher's
Guide'.
Monday 8th March Still
miffed at the plagiarism,
I unwound with a chat with Ernie, Scotty and Tony in the Woody's Bar.
Tuesday
9th March
The pain cancelled another day. Mark,
my Son in Law, came round and we looked into Ginsberg
before Michael returned and I was proud that Michael was now a Next 7
even though Sarah (a 2) thought him worthy of a 6.
Wednesday
10th March
Enjoyed Cyril's invitation to a Whitby 3rd, for David, and a Festive
Board with Roger, who has been, I was surprised, reading these humble
diary escapades of mine. I
was, later, also happy to E-chat with Steve about how I progress this Website,
and his... further.
Thursday 11th March
Apathy still rules as I ignore mail, and responsibilities, as the System sent
me another heavy form and, knowing that I must face painful stuff ahead,
I relaxed later with the chaps from Hooton Park.
Friday
12th March
After chatting with Doug and Peter, I realized that I really don't want to
move, I like this home and Neighbours, close to my local pub and
club, and want to stay in Ellesmere Port, my birthplace. Why should my
runaway wife cause me to move? Am I trying to be too accommodating to her? Saturday
13th March
Been thinking about my conversation with Doug and I'm looking forward to talking
on Monday after I've had my meeting with my Solicitor. Received
a nice E-mail from Roger, who was chuffed at his Internet mention, and
later received a much needed 'lovely' boost from Sally. Sunday
14th March
I should have done stuff but didn't. Monday
15th March
Doug drove me into Town and we sorted out a 3 Year anomaly before I saw my
Solicitor, she seemed much more cuddly this time, and we were both confused
at my ex's original 'speedy' expectations. I
managed to unwind in the Woody Bar later, even though some Blokes can be Territorial
over newcomers. Tuesday
16th March
Eventually received an unsatisfactory reply from the Nuffield Foundation
about the Timeline copy. Wednesday
17th March
Steve called round and we chatted over a Pint, about how best we can develop
this site, in spite of my pains. Just
made it to the Doctors in time and must return tomorrow to take a blood test. Michael
received the official notification of his promotion and it looks as though
he will be moving down South, to prepare to start work at the Centrale
Shopping Centre, on the 10th April. Thursday
18th March
Took the blood test eventually, as the blood Nurse had gone home early,
and scanned my Dad's '1954' Ellesmere Port handbook for Vinnie. Managed
to get two forms filled in for the System. Enjoyed
Vinnie's invitation to Ben's 2'nd, and an excellent meal, before receiving
an E-mail from the Nuffield Foundation stating that they had removed their
Timeline. Went
to bed with fond memories after receiving an E-mail from Sally and sending
her A Whiter Shade of Pale.
Friday 19th March Got
stuck into the backlog of washing and I tried to tidy up the house in readiness
for Kerry's weekend visit. After
Mark E-mailed about his need for info on the Lüscher
test, I found some useful stuff about Colour at 'Tickle' which I'd originally
got involved with through their inkblot test
and I've now enjoyed experimenting with
their on-line dating, as Chapinchap. After
chatting with my special long time friend, Sally, on AOL Messenger, I received
some useful advice from Steve about how to fill in an awkward form, but still
had an uncomfortable night.
Saturday 20th March
Received notification that I, and my estranged wife, have been invited to
a Mediation Session on the 29th. Peter
picked me up at 10.20 A.M. and, on the way to pick up Doug, I posted the 3
Forms to the System, before we headed off to my Lodge
Meeting in Manchester. It
was quite an outstanding day, with the PGM taking the Chair for a while, and
we retuned home, with a lot of good memories. Thinking
I would relax my tired body, I settled down to watch a bit of TV, anaesthetic
in hand, but couldn't resist picking up the E-mail later and found that Sally
had sent me a photo... so many years passed and yet the original beauty remains,
no wonder I could never forget the fond memories of our youth.
Sunday
21st March
I should have done stuff but wasn't even able to get out on Mother's Day. Monday
22nd March Kerry
went back down South and I wonder if I'll see her up here again before
Michael moves on. I
should have done stuff but the pain limited me to tinkering with my Timeline.
Tuesday
23rd March
Received an E-mail from the Nuffield Foundation about developing a Timeline
for them. WARNING
I received a couple of fraudulent E-mails supposedly
from me, as support@drakesvision.com, which are an untruth and carried another
virus. "Our
main mailing server will be temporary unavaible for next two days, to continue
receiving mail in these days you have to configure our free auto-forwarding
service. Further details can be obtained from attached file. Attached
file is protected with the password for security reasons. Password is 00032.
Cheers, The Drakesvision.com team" As
with the Virus gangs who are purporting to be me, using electric@drakesvision.com
to pass on their poison, I can do nothing except suggest that you block that
E-mail address as I have never used it. Received
a new Graphics card
for Michael's PC and, as if life wasn't sad enough at the moment, we ran
a 3DMark test, with his PC recording 2930 while my old GeForce3 PC did 835.
Wednesday
24th March
Virus carrying E-mails topped 100, with only 24 getting past my servers
anti-virus but the hundreds of Spam E-mails a day are destroying the joy
of getting up in the afternoon and reading the mail. Thursday
25th March
The pain has now reached new levels, which hurt more, after the ease of my
Poetess period, as I sorted out more friend's problems but I was still
unable to find answers to mine, although Doug did give me a realist's pointer. Friday
26th March
Brian phoned, and I was pleased that he had no hidden motive. Later I chatted
with Ralph and accepted that I must accept Charity.
Saturday
27th March
Saddened at England losing to the French at Rugby, as my pain seems to be
increasing, but I'm sure that I can get back to the comfortable January
levels once this Meditation stuff is sorted and Michael has his big night
out. Sunday
28th March
Searched for stuff that might be needed tomorrow and soaked for a couple of
hours to ease the pain. Felt
a lot better after Sally's E-mail but still resorted to anaesthetic from next
door.
Monday 29th March
Caught a bus into Chester and called into see Chris at Craftings
before the Mediation stuff. After
a strange half hour, I listened to the Mediator and, after my failed attempt
at 'Life Coach' training which my health has not allowed me to complete at the
moment, I understood the benefits, but was saddened that Sylvia hadn't bothered
to turn up because her Solicitor said that she didn't 'have' to attend. I've
now got a form to hand into my Solicitor but would have been more happy for
Sylvia to have realised the benefits. On
returning 'home' I picked up my E-mail and was so pleased to receive a
lovely sentiment from Sally and was able to have a bit of a sleep with a comforting
smile. Sarah then phoned and woke me with concern for how the meeting
had gone. While
I would have enjoyed Michael's company, when I unwound in the Woody later,
I'm determined to get him there before he moves away. Tuesday
30th March
Received a beautiful smile from Sally, which made me more determined to get
through this present stuff, but I wasn't able to achieve anything today.
Wednesday
31st March Unable
to move without pain, once again I did little, but Ian popped in and we chatted
over a bottle of wine.
