MODALITIES
Models
categorise what a person does inside their head
as they make up an Internal Representation.

When People look up, in thought, they are visualizing.
When they look
horizontally, to the right or left,
they are constructing or remembering sounds.
When they look
downward, and to your left,
they're accessing their feelings.

they're talking to themselves.
