my belief in 'Trust' has been at an all time low...
but not lost. Time to move
on.

I

but I just keep on
Rocking.

Saturday
1st April
Watched
Rugby, Wigan, different from England,
but could understand why Nick L supports Wigan,
before Paranormal John picked me up for a vigil at Plas
Teg.
Sunday
2nd April
After
the vigil, watched the F1 Australian Grand Prix 'live', in the morning,
before sleep claimed a few midday hours. and I dreamt,
before a TV afternoon and a bloke's chat with Tony A in the evening.
Monday
3rd April
Double
checked my computations and anticipations
before a splendid Installation at Whitby Chapter,
knowing that I'm now cleared of 'responsibilities' till August,
believing that my forthcoming NLP
Initiation will be fruitful
and my skin seems to be enjoying my re-thinking.
Listened
to Beaver
& Krause, Arlo
Guthrie, Steve
Earle and Leonard
Cohen.
Tuesday
4th April
Grimaced
as I received replies to my 'feel good' mailings, that I'd sent before sleep,
and was pleased that I hadn't gone too far
but the RSI overcame my arm until Ian M popped in for a chat.
Wednesday
5th April
Focused
on my aims but did nothing.
Thursday
6th April
Didn't
get stuff done... again
but was chuffed to receive a phone call from Michael
to say that he was coming 'up North' again for Sausage, Chips and Gravy
and I enjoyed a Pint in the Woody
before a bit of French 'Fredericks-Goldman-Jones' gobbledygook,
that feels right.
After
re-evaluation, I still remain an Enneagram
5.

Friday
7th April
Michael
arrived in the afternoon, and it was good to give him a Fatherly Hug,
before Kyle and Howard 'dragged us' to the Woody in the afternoon
and, in the evening, after a food break, I returned to the Woody,
while Michael enjoyed a night out with his friends
but I was surprised to find him in his bed on my return.
Saturday
8th April
Michael
enjoyed his childhood friendships again
and I enjoyed watching TV
knowing I'd be there, to say 'sleep well' when he returned.
Sunday
9th April
I
was still
dressed in my Caftan, Sylvia arrived early, our understandings confused,
and she
stepped inside,
but Michael was ready, before his meal with his Mum, Sarah
and the new
bloke,
and I enjoyed chatting with Michael later, even through Time
Team,
before his Friends arrived and Tony A phoned, to say that he would prefer his daughter
to prepare
Roast Beef, Yorkshire Pudding, Roast Potatoes, Gravy, etc.
than our usual Sunday moans about women, but I was happy to be there for Michel's
early morning return, as I became enthralled by 'Frogs
into Princes'.
Monday
10th April
Was
awake, when Michael coerced me from my bed, and I drove him to the railway station,
aware that I could have driven him home, with focus\purpose,
but allowed the body to dictate and we merely hugged, as he returned to his
new world,
before Paranormal John shared his worries, and then Tony A helped sort
out the
shed again
before a superb edition of 'Never
Mind the Buzzcocks' and a happy Monday Pint, in the Woody.
Tuesday
11th April
The
sniffles had progressed, hopefully just the common cold,
but I was pleased that the skin and arm had been OK, while Michael visited
but decided to experiment with a splendid
isolation, as I explored
A Special Girl
deficiency.
Wednesday
12th April
Enjoyed doing
nothing in the day before accepting Doug's invite, even though he was
poorly,
and enjoyed an interesting Lecture, in good company, at Whitby Lodge
before an early close, leaving enough time to try a 'black suit and tie' pint in the Woody's
Bar, without many jibes.
'Funny Handshake' jokes accepted, with a smile.
Thursday
13th April
Picked
up Doug's copy of the Judas
Gospel
and enjoyed viewing it, in Ian M's company later, holding a different
concept,
and we enjoyed the wine and Bloke's chat, after I'd wished my Sister a
'Happy Birthday'.
Friday
14th April
A
Religious Day, prime target for a bit of isolation and thought.
Saturday
15th April
Chatted
with Sarah and Lee on the phone, before more isolation,
but especially enjoyed an unexpected phone call from Sheena,
wishing me a 'Happy Easter'.
Sunday
16th April
Got
motivated to have an hour in the garden,
and a lovely phone call with Michael and Kerry, before Tony A popped in
for a Sunday Chat and a lot more self-analysis later.
Monday
17th April
Enjoyed
the lethargy of isolation again
but 'pulled myself together'
to enjoy a Monday pint in the Woody.
Tuesday
18th April
'Abstained
from alcohol' night as I nearly got my replacement PC working to my
expectations,
sort of,
after the continuing problems with my No.1 PC.,
but still found it difficult to ignore the comfort zone of past pleasures.
Wednesday
19th April
Tony
A popped in with his PC problems, and I enjoyed sorting 'PC stuff' again,
again without the proverbial 4-pack in the evening, aware of my Broadband
benefits,
but still need my smoking crutch.
Thursday
20th April
Enjoyed
a superb evening with Hooton Park members, as John B's guest.
Friday
21st April
Popped
across the road, after an afternoon phone call from Doug,
and enjoyed a daytime event, helping,
but know that, after a phone chat with Nick
L, I've got to change
and accept that my time is bill-able, before an enjoyable pint in the Woody,
later.
Saturday
22nd April
Enjoyed
watching a good 'football' match on TV, while pottering with Tony A's
pc
and wandered across to the Woody later,
and enjoyed a visit, later,
to the 'Whitby Social Club', with Ian, Scotty,
Brian and Nick M,
before following up on an E-mail from Friends
Reunited
which intrigued my present, inebriated, self-explorations.
Sunday
23rd April
Received
an intriguing E-mail from Nick M, after last night, and felt good
before Tony A popped in for our Sunday Session
and my resolve of an early sleep was ruined later, as I realised that Mr
Fixit was on TV.
Monday
24th April
Managed
a coffee, before Doug popped in to collect the Masonic Club's PC, at 9.30
AM
and I made my 10.30 appointment, with my Consultant, at Clatterbridge,
and, accepted the shoulder shrug as he accepted my thoughts, but no relief,
before popping into the Masonic Hall to help Doug and, later,
after John M popped in to show me his new laptop, I enjoyed a Monday Pint
in the Woody.
Pondered on Paul
McKenna's call on
Richard Bandler...
maybe I've been worrying too much, about my enjoyment of a nice steak,
or pork chop,
using my few remaining teeth, vanity, no plastic, old age, deserted by
a second wife,
as I enjoyed Leonard Cohen's 'Dear Heather' CD' again, and again.
Tuesday
25th April
Allowed
my sniffles\sore-throat to control the day,
as I told my body to do it's worst, as I'm going to be Well this coming
weekend,
and continued to 'focus' on my 'need for change' in
my time, thru the evening\early morn'.
Apologies to Sheena and Nick M for not replying to their nice Internet
connexions.
Wednesday
26th April
The
TV was on, while I pondered my deficiencies, and strengths, before Tony
A popped in,
and then John M... with a kindly bottle of Glenlivet,
and I sipped as I watched The
Apprentice, and toasted my future later, while remembering 'what happened'
when I
first listened
to The Doors,
prior to my wanderings in Germany and Greece,
aware that I was who I
was.
Thursday
27th April
Suffered
from my enjoyment of the whisky, and introverted self-analysis,
but pulled myself together, to get out of Dressing-Gown mode,
to enjoy eye-contact in the Woody later.
Friday
28th April
Took
deep breaths, aware that my 'middle of the road' viewpoint
hadn't provided Me with many 'excesses' in my memory
to fuel my desire for change, as I went to bed on the previous day of
arising.
Saturday
29th April
Hardly
slept, but was up for 7AM and arrived at Nick L's venue for registration
before a stunning day of
NLP induction, which left my little brain befuddled...
excitedly
but I had no problem in enjoying another early 'deep' sleep later, despite
my confusion.
Sunday
30th April
Arrived
for another 'early morning' registration and another superb day of mind
probing,
which reminded me of my 'white belt' days of Ju-Jitsu, where I was unable
to excess
as I realised that my 'Cool' understanding of '60s dreams had failed
to produce peaks
of Motivation Memories, or Bad Memories, but I enjoyed helping other Members
of the Learning Team in confronting anomalies and I drove home later,
still nicely confused
from Nick L's excellent training, ready to work on practicing his skills.
David,
Barry's friend soon dropped in with his PC problems, and then Barry with PC
problems
and,
un-fed, I escaped to the Woody for a pint and practice but, while in good
company,
was surprised at the number of 'Sunday Night Drinkers',
as I can't remember any time that I've been to 'the pub' on a Sunday
and was unable to clearly hear my friend's visions of their touch of reality.
