my belief in 'Trust' has been at an all time low...
but not lost. Time to move
on.

Saturday
1st July
Phil
P picked me up at 4, happenchance the start of a disappointing football
quarter final,
and I enjoyed his and Mo's company, and Brian's later,
at Marion's Birthday celebrations, leading to another lovely late night
with her Ian N.
Sunday
2nd July
My
skin enjoyed
the naked sunshine again, as I pottered and pondered,
before nipping into Chester to drop off a form
before enjoying an al-fresco chat with Tony A over a can or 2
and we both enjoyed seeing the Hedgehog's nocturnal visit, after Tony
heard the snuffling,
before I chatted on 'Messenger' with Jay and Sheena, leading to 2 possible
NLP practices.
Monday
3rd July
Disappointed
when afternoon was evening when Paranormal John and Helen arrived,
but I
enjoyed good company in the Woody later, while I was enjoying my researches,
before a bit of Theta
Anchoring as I explored, much
later.
Tuesday
4th July
Enjoyed
a coffee with Roger J, when he popped in whilst passing
before nipping out to have a play with Mary J's router
and went out again, to the Woody to watch the non penalties, at half-time
extra-time.
Wednesday
5th July
Filled in another form, forgetting futures, accepting feedback
amid the naked sun awaiting rain and enjoyed a glass of cool wine with
Ian M,
as we shared the second semi-final, in the evening.
Thursday
6th July
Pondered and pottered before a late evenings chat in the Woody
with Ian N, Phil and Brian P, Nick M and Scotty
and enjoyed hearing German conversation again
and, after I'd introduced myself, in stilted welcome,
was pleased at the combined flow over a European
Bar's foot-rail
and was
also pleased to offer a Marlboro to Stephan
and to see the subsequent Rapport between Nick M and him.
Friday
7th July
Fellow Practioner Steve H popped in on his way back to Luton
and we enjoyed chatting, and some fish 'n chips much later,
before I enjoyed Nick M and Brian X's company, in a busy Woody much later
and fancied a female form again
but rationally realised my recent ignorance of my body's discomfort.
Saturday
8th July
Treated my spine and arm to some attention
as I switched off with Wimbledon and World Cup experiences
and accepted my understandings.
Sunday
9th July
Attacked the piles of mail that littered the table, as I enjoyed Wimbledon
again
before Paranormal John and Helen arrived, on cue to interrupt the football
final,
but enjoyed My Son Michael's phone call, after the start,
before Tony A and I enjoyed the extra time, and a can,
as I realised that stuff needs to change, dramatically.
Monday
10th July
Accepted that I need to use Exorex again, after my visit to my Consultant
at the Hospital,
and arrived home, just before Sheila returned the mower and we enjoyed
trustful chatting,
before my late evening visit to the Woody
where John H and I got chatting
and I was surprised later by the successful rapport here after.
Tuesday
11th July
Nervously enjoyed accepting that I was prepared for change, in the Solicitor's
office,
and the positive result, especially as I've been allocated No. 5, which
brought a smile,
before remembering how I'd coped with shock of starting a new short story
in the Woody later.
Wednesday
12th July
Continued to sort my paperwork piles as I dried more washing in the naked
sun
before a confusing phone call from Lee, from Chester, but realised the
logic later
when I spoke on the phone with Sarah, alone in Split,
and remember it well,
and understood why Lee left Sarah there, as he returned to England for
his Grandma's Funeral,
knowing that he will be re-united with Sarah next week, another fond memory
on my 70's route to Greece, before I explored an interesting Wednesday
visit to the Woody
as I contemplated my future.
Thursday
13th July
Understood my Son-in-Laws dilemma, as we spoke on Skype, and I, hopefully,
provided a conduit, before sharing Chronic shared thoughts with Vince
on the phone,
as I accumulated more washing-line shirts in need of ironing, 17, awaiting
rain to clear the air,
before a nice 'Thursday' visit to the Woody with friends,
before an enjoyable first listening of Men
are from Mars, Women are from Venus.
Friday
14th July
Woke later but arrived to pick up Wills, and was pleased to see Uncle
Pat & Aunty Bet
in the morning, before Wills and I cleared my loft of boxed memories,
despite the heat, before,
after returning Wills to Chester, I explored a pondering half-bottle of
whisky again, alone-ish.
Saturday
15th July
A groggy wake-up led to a potter in the garden through the day and evening
as I wondered at how positive the sunshine is for my skin
as I rested the arm later in front of the TV.
Sunday
16th July
Tony A popped in, in the afternoon, to get some stuff of his from the
shed
and after a brief visit to the supermarket, I enjoyed more pottering in
the garden's heat
before he returned in the evening for our Sunday chats.
Monday
17th July
Lee popped in briefly, accompanied by his friend, and I enjoyed hearing
of his confidence building travels with Sarah,
before he rejoins her tomorrow,
before I popped around to accept Doug's invite to a house clearance
before a lovely visit by Sheena,
accompanied by her friend Mandy, as I showed her how
to control her website, before an enjoyable Monday pint in the Woody with
more friends.
Tuesday
18th July
Received the training cards from Salad eventually, very impressed with
their service,
before Sheena's problems became mine as I struggled as she did, in the
afternoon heat,
but sorted it, before Ian M arrived for a nice alfresco wine and chat
in the evening.
Wednesday
19th July
The
naked sun becomes oppressive, hottest day, after a while, as I await the
cleansing rain,
but chatted on the phone with Pete and we agreed on the 18th
before sharing a meal in the Woody again with Ernie as we celebrated his
Birthday, his 75th.
Thursday
20th July
Pondered
amongst boxes from the failed past in the continued heat, before Robin
H popped in
to sort out his future corrections, before a lovely phone chat with my
dear Son Michael
before a quick visit to Paula's problems prior to an enjoyable late-evening
chat in the Woody.
Friday
21st July
Emptied
more boxes and sifted through the debris, despite the arm's aggro, and was
ready
for a coffee break when Tony A popped in briefly, before finding
the Family photo albums
but enjoyed a relaxing Skype chat with Sheena later before an early Light
& Sound sleep.
Saturday
22nd July
Received my Certificate
as a Licensed Practioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
Another
fascinating day's training in The
Success Programme before Nick L and I enjoyed
a chat as I listened to a stunning track, Runaway, from the young voice
of Laura Mckenna,
that Nick, as her Coach, had recorded, which gave my spine a rare tingle,
and I trust that Jim will be able to help produce a worthy version to
help spread the word
and on returning home, I enjoyed the Bob
Harris show, confident that Laura would play well.
Sunday
23rd July
Intrigued
by the adrenalin rush, as nerves were pushed hard by Nick L,
as most of the team completed his series of seminars, and, after Steve
H and I shared
a grateful pint in Nick's local in the evening, I was grateful as I drove
home,
pondering on the honest feedback from fellow students determined to develop
the skills
that we had all learned through a superb NLP Success Systems training
course.
Monday
24th July
Pete
picked me up and we went and measured-up No. 5
before
I visited Tony A's new abode, and borrowed his hedge trimmer,
before a solitary salad and surprise sharing of ideas with Nick M in the
Woody later.
Tuesday
25th July
Sorted
some more boxed stuff, amid the continuing heat,
before a brief visit to the Woody for a cooling pint
and then cleared stuff from a past PC before passing it on.
Wednesday
26th July
Starting
to see the space emerging as more boxes get thinned through the afternoon
before Ian M (a 7) popped in, with his friend Dave E (a 9), in the evening
and
we thoroughly enjoyed the confused clarity that Dave left with, and it
wasn't just the wine.
Thursday
27th July
Sorted
through the boxes of books and accepted that I would never look at many
of them
as problems came and went, as I kept on putting a shirt on to answer the
doorbells,
as I reclaimed a gold band, and was happy to wear it, after re-finding
it,
that my Parents presented me with on my 21st, amid my mixed-up stuff box,
and was pleased to demonstrate the differences of left\right-hand Hugs
in the Woody later.
Friday
28th July
Boxed
up my books, and discarded the boxed books looking for a recipient, before
sealing
a box of memories, my future book, past poems, photos, Private
Eye 70/80's collection,
and enjoyed countering a gay guy's clever innuendos, without malice, in
the Woody, later,
a communal place, accepting all, but discerning of all, without the need
of any aggro,
and pondered on future understandings of Me being a close but distant
Stranger elsewhere.
Saturday
29th July
Accepted
confirmation of me moving my home on the 18th next
after waking late before Ian M, Dave E and Dave E arrived
and enjoyed exploring their problems through till evening
as I played DJ Drake as I replayed forgotten vinyl
before popping around to my good neighbour Tony and informed him of my
moving.
Sunday
30th July
Disappointed
that my acceptance of Now was being irritated by my Body
as you try to relax
maybe I should just Relax
I was happy to feel a Raindrop on my hand later, but no more
as Tony A and I shared a patio pint and compared our Progress.
Monday
31st July
Gave
in and picked up the prescription and it hurt
but was pleased to help Paranormal John with his problem
and put Cousin Pete and Nick R in touch but the discomfortness
of the 'Exorex' smelly stuff wasn't conducive to a visit to the Woody
but I was fortunately able to enjoy helping my Sister, Margaret.
