my belief in 'Trust' has been strained...
but not lost
, finding that True Friends are there when you need them.

Wednesday 1st November
I'm
pleased that the skin is allowing greater freedom
but am aware that I'm stuck with such discomforts for a while
but look forward to the natural respite soon.
Thursday
2nd November
Enjoyed
chatting with the 2 Tony's, albeit about another member of our community
who had passed away last night, who I'd not got to know
but I did feel that there was a special bond
among those of us that enjoyed these alms Houses
as life had dealt dodgy hands, rather than us creating our own misfortunes
Enjoyed a chat on the phone with my friend Brian B in the evening
and realised that maybe I'm ready to update these pages, and last months,
(sorry for the delay) before chatting with my Son, Michael,
and I chatted with Sarah afterwards, both looking forward to a possible
meet up next week when the 3 of us can be honest with each other's reaction
to Sylvia's new life.
Friday
3rd November
Colin
C picked me up and we picked up Ralph J's old PC system
before our Chapter practice and, after a couple of pints in the E.P. Masonic
Club,
we dropped off the stuff before I enjoyed another couple of pints in the
Pied Bull.
Saturday
4th November
A
wasted day, which lost a Surprise visit from Ian M by moments.
Sunday
5th November
Time
passed but Roger J popped in, after I'd set up Ralph J's old PC and gave
it to Tony 7,
before we set up Poetess Pam's new PC in Tattenhall
and I enjoyed exposing my Luesher\Enneagram
interests on Roger's Janice and Dan.
Monday
6th November
Set
up Tony 7's printer before Sarah popped in with glee at interview possibilities
before a lift went flat and had to get a Taxi to Ellesmere Port
for a shortened Chapter Meeting before an early return
allowed a nice comfortable pint in the Pied Bull
despite still being in black suit.
Tuesday
7th November
Concern
for Sarah was appeased by chance meeting with Lee,
as I was walking back from my daily supermarket stroll,
as I settled down for a long night's TV with the American elections.
Wednesday
8th November
Ian
M popped in mid-day and after we'd sorted his future PC
and, after Chester Care called in, Ian treated me to a smashing meal
in the Pied Bull and we were surprised to find another Woody regular,
Ian N's friend John, enjoying the charm of my new Local
and it was with good feelings that we left much later.
Thursday
9th November
Happenchance
caused me to encounter Sarah, as she went looking for flat shoes
in preparation for a day's trial tomorrow, following her good interview,
and it was lovely to see Ernie as he came into Chester for a photo safari
as I went to the supermarket early before hitting the ointments
and felt a lot more comfortable later for an hour in the 'Bull.
Friday
10th November
An
uncomfortable day.
Saturday
11th November
Met
Michael in Weatherspoons, and his old friends
and caught up with all his news amid the noise
before we all went to 'Rosies' nightclub till the early hours.
Sunday
12th November
Time
passed as I wondered if Michael would visit.
Monday
13th November
Another
uncomfortable day
eased with a good phone chat with Nick L
and a visit from Paranormal John.
Tuesday
14th November
Sally
6, next door, popped in early in the evening to invite me to a party on
Saturday
and we enjoyed chatting, even through a drink in the Pied Bull much later,
before chatting on through to dawn.
Wednesday
15th November
A
bad day that passed slowly.
Thursday
16th November
Another
treatment day.
Friday
17th November
Tried
setting up Tony 7's broadband before taking Ian M's PC to Stanley Palace
where Paranormal John then took me to Ellesmere Port
where I sorted the fault with his Broadband before we drove to Ian M's
house,
briefly stopping outside my old house and nipping into Bargain Booze next
door,
before we got my car going again and parked it in Ian's driveway
before I set up Ian's PC as he cooked up a nice meal before we visited
the Woody
and later, Ian N kindly provided a lift back here, home, after a lovely
day's revisitings.
Saturday
18th November
Missed
most of the afternoon party as I was sorting Tony 7's PC successfully
but enjoyed a chat later in Sally 6's, along with other new neighbours,
before Cath 12, Sally and I went for a nice drink in the Pied Bull
before Sally and I chatted through the night
as we both enjoyed a close cuddle.
Sunday
19th November
Woke
wondering if I'd just experienced a lovely dream but was pleased
when I had to pop into Sally's later, to borrow some steps to crawl in
through a window
as I'd locked myself out when I popped round to Tony 7's to check that
he was ok
with his new e-mailing toy, and was pleased that she was also glowing
and we both enjoyed another evening together as we accepted that stuff
might happen
Monday
20th November
Sarah
& Lee popped in and, after Sarah had prepared a surprise meal while
we shared news,
I was pleased to pop round to no.6 and invite Sally to join us
as we seem to have become an Item, despite her Enneagram 1 type,
and when Paranormal John popped in briefly
I was happy to introduce him to my 'Girlfriend'.
Tuesday
21st November
I'm
pleased that Sally is at ease with my company, and skin and, after a luxurious
soak,
we shared a very special hug, cuddle and massage
that will remain in fond memory as a very special moment.
Wednesday
22nd November
Enjoyed
making an early morning 'bacon butty' for Sally
before her Daughter Holly (10) arrived to help me sort out Tony 7's PC
before Ian M, and his Son's friend called round in excitement,
after booking their flight to Orlando next month, to see Ian's two Sons,
before they treated me to a Bratwurst from the Xmas market outside the
Town Hall,
and a few Pints in the 'Bull, before I chilled in my space in the evening
catching up with myself.
Thursday
23rd November
Found
a note from Sally, posted before I awoke from a long unshackled sleep
and was happy to sort out a problem for Sally
as I left Tony 7 relaxing to my ThoughtStream
before Sally arrived back and accompanied me to my bank's hole-in-the-wall
and, after we had met Lee perchance, we joined him and his good friend
Jake
for a drink in the Red Lion, after a brief visit to the supermarket,
and I enjoyed sharing time with Sally later and hope that I eased her
past pain.
Friday
24th November
Enjoyed
making an early morning 'bacon butty' for Sally
before I attacked the backlog of DHS forms
but gave up and got an interview with the system
and perchance got the same nice lady
that sorted out my initial encounter with State Support
and despite the system failing me
I trust that this time they may be more forthcoming.
Walking
back in the rain, I reflected, and smiled at the future
before trying a different methodology on Tony 7's PC problems
before a long soak in medicinal and meditative easings
before Sally arrived, excited by her day out
and we chatted about stuff, like long term relationships.
Saturday
25th November
Pleased
with the skin's improvement recently
and took the opportunity to focus on using the smelly Exorex
treatment
as I look forward to a comfortable Christmas.
Sunday
26th November
Sally
managed to get me up in the morning, and got me to go for a walk...
and I was surprised at how nice this exercise stuff can be
as we paused in the Boathouse riverside pub before a gentle stroll in
the park
before Tony A popped in for a chat later
before Sally and I popped out for a chat in the 'Bull.
Monday
27th November
Caught
up with bits and bobs that I've neglected recently.
Tuesday
28th November
Enjoyed
a visit to St. Ansalms for a first
and really enjoyed a fine festive board
with a surfeit of wine.
Wednesday
29th November
Woke
with hangover but managed to get Tony 7's PC upgraded
before meeting Sally's Sister Jane, Mike and their lovely daughter Ellisha
before Sally and I enjoyed a nice salmon meal with a glass of wine.
Thursday
30th November
Roger
J popped in for a chat about cameras
before Sally and I visited the Chester Poets for a nice evening
before getting to know Terry and the three of us chatted through to dawn.
